mat11 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on mat11 or to use any of its services. The Company strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where this requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Residency. mat11 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. The Company makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

2.3 Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under guardianship, under a voluntary self-exclusion order from any gambling operator, or otherwise legally incapacitated at the time of registration or during your use of the platform.

2.4 Restricted Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or use the platform:

• Employees, contractors, consultants, or agents of the Company or its affiliates;
• Immediate family members of the above;
• Individuals who have previously had an Account closed by the Company for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with mat11 or any associated responsible gaming body.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of mat11 Services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for transaction purposes.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account remains accurate and up to date. If any information changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the mat11 platform. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. The Company uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, and balances may be forfeited.

3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact mat11 support immediately at [email protected].

3.5 Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise deal in your Account or any winnings, deposits, or bonus credits associated with it.

4.1 Verification Requirement. The Company is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm your identity, age, and residency. KYC verification may be required before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching specified transaction thresholds, or at any time the Company deems it necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.

4.2 Required Documents. When requested, you must provide clear copies of the following documents within 7 calendar days of the request:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID, such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / e-KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM);
• Proof of Age: As included in the above identity document;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your full name and Indonesian residential address, dated within the last 3 months;
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account statement).

4.3 Failure to Verify. If you fail to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe, the Company reserves the right to suspend your Account and withhold withdrawal processing until verification is complete. In cases of suspected fraud, the Company may permanently close the Account and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

4.4 Source of Funds. The Company may, in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, request information regarding the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation in response to such a request may result in Account suspension or closure.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mat11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not accept cash, cheques, or money orders.

5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. No maximum deposit limit is imposed at the platform level; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transfer limits. The Company reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable prior notice to players.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance windows, or network outages.

5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or outside banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB) may be subject to processing delays.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. The Company targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. The Company is not liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

5.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.7 Transaction Fees. The Company does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own interbank transfer charges, for which the Company bears no responsibility.

5.8 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. The Company reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining balance, until either the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account by logging in and contacting support.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by mat11 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. As a general guideline:

• Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 10x to 30x the bonus amount;
• Reload bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 5x to 20x the bonus amount;
• Free bet winnings may be subject to a separate withdrawal condition as stated in the individual promotion.

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the mat11 platform contribute equally to satisfying wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games, togel draws, and virtual sports may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered through within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your Account. The standard bonus validity period is 7 calendar days from the date of credit, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

6.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each mat11 promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times — through the use of duplicate accounts, multiple devices, shared IP addresses, or other means — constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and Account suspension.

6.6 Company Discretion. mat11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company further reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds if it reasonably determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these terms, or that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other behaviour intended to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine wagering activity.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the mat11 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, including mix parlay (accumulator) bets and live in-play wagers, at its sole discretion and without the obligation to provide a reason. Bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement, not at subsequently revised odds unless an obvious error has occurred.

7.2 Palpable Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), the Company reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. The determination of whether odds constitute a palpable error rests solely with the Company.

7.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, late result corrections, data feed errors, or where the Company determines that a betting market was opened or settled in error. Voided bets are settled at the original stake amount returned to the Player's Account.

7.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. The Company cannot guarantee that a bet will be accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement; bets may be declined or accepted at revised odds during periods of high market activity. The Player is responsible for verifying the final accepted odds prior to confirming any live wager.

7.5 Casino and Slot Games. All slot games available on mat11 are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft (PG Soft), Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. The outcome of each spin is determined independently and randomly. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

7.6 Live Casino. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) under studio supervision. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or round in progress will be settled according to the applicable game provider's disconnection policy.

7.7 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on mat11 are sourced from officially published results. In the event of a data transmission delay or error in result publication, the Company will verify results against the official source and settle bets accordingly. Bets placed on togel markets are final once the draw period has closed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mat11 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Attempting to deposit funds sourced from criminal activity, including money laundering;
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times, hedging bonus bets against real-money bets to guarantee withdrawal regardless of outcome, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying any part of the mat11 platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed;
• Using the platform to facilitate any transaction on behalf of a third party without the Company's express written consent.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the mat11 platform — including but not limited to the mat11 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

9.2 Limited Licence. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mat11 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. mat11 is licensed to distribute this content and does not claim ownership over third-party game assets.

10.1 Data Collection. mat11 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

10.2 Data Security. The Company employs industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access-control protocols — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and the Company cannot warrant absolute security.

10.3 Cookies. mat11 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve platform performance, personalise your experience, and collect analytical data. By using the platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.1 Platform Availability. mat11 aims to maintain uninterrupted platform availability, but does not guarantee that the platform will be free from outages, technical errors, or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with your use of the mat11 platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.

11.3 Force Majeure. The Company shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, the Company will use reasonable endeavours to resume normal service as quickly as practicable and will notify affected players through available communication channels.

11.4 Cap on Liability. Where the Company is found liable to a Player in circumstances not otherwise excluded by these Terms & Conditions, the Company's aggregate liability to that Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11.5 Betting Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. The Company accepts no liability for any losses you sustain as a natural result of wagering on the platform. By using mat11, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds you deposit, and that this is an inherent characteristic of gambling activity.

12.1 Company's Right to Suspend. The Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, detects irregular betting patterns, receives a self-exclusion request, is required to do so for KYC or AML compliance purposes, or determines that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of the betting environment.

12.2 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting mat11 support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by the Company — your licence to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination (including Clauses 8, 9, 11, and 14) shall remain in full force and effect.

13.1 Right to Amend. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the Company considers a change to be material, it will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the change takes effect.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the mat11 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2.

13.3 Version History. The Company maintains a record of previous versions of these Terms & Conditions. If you require a copy of a previous version, you may submit a written request to [email protected].

14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed, as determined by its international regulatory framework.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and the Company, you are encouraged to contact mat11 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The Company will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the support process, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in the Company's licensing conditions. The Company will provide details of the applicable ADR body upon request.

14.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
